Domestic Shipping Policy
-- Free Shipping:
  • Free shipping on all orders over $75.
  • Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
-- Shipping Method:
  • Our preferred carrier is USPS for all domestic orders.
  • Shipping fees are based on destination, size, and weight of the item(s), including a small insurance fee to cover potential theft or damage during transit.
  • If you prefer FedEx or UPS, please notify us or leave a note with your order.

-- Shipping Time:

  • In-stock items are typically shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order.
  • Orders requesting Overnight delivery are expected to arrive on or before the third business day from the order date.

-- Address Accuracy:

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to incorrect address information.
  • Packages returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Deliveries must be to a verifiable and physical street address.
 International Shipping Policy
-- Order Processing and Shipping:
  • We reserve the right to refuse to process or ship orders to certain countries.
  • Processing international orders takes additional time. Please allow us for packing, weighing, and estimating the postage & handling costs.
  • You will receive an email with the estimated shipping costs and policies for your approval before we finalize and ship your order.
  • Most orders are shipped via International First Class Mail.
  • Estimated delivery time by the US Post Office is 7-10 days. However, delays can occur due to factors like increased mail volume, security concerns, and customs clearance. Delivery can sometimes take 3-4 weeks.
  • We cannot guarantee specific arrival dates or offer credit for shipping delays.

-- Customs, Tariffs, and Duties:

  • The listed shipping fees do not include any customs charges imposed by your country.
  • The recipient of the package is responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including tariffs and duties.
  • These charges vary and are unpredictable. We advise contacting your local customs agency for more information.
  • We will not falsify information on customs forms.
 -- Lost Parcels:
  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days, we can initiate a claim with the US Post Office.
  • US Postal regulations allow for a claim inquiry only after 30 days from the shipment date.
  • The investigation for a lost parcel can take an additional 30 days.
-- Customs, Duty Tax, and VAT:
  • Your parcel may be subject to customs, duty, or VAT tax as per your country's regulations.
  • It is the consumer's responsibility to obtain information and pay these taxes if necessary.
  • You can usually obtain tax information by contacting your local postal or customs office.

Return Policy

-- Refunds:

  • Eligible for returns within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Notify us to obtain a return authorization number.
  • The product must be received back at our store within 10 days of intent to return notification.
  • Must be undamaged and in saleable condition (tags intact, special packaging unharmed).
  • Refunds credited back to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
-- Exchanges:
  • Eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • Same conditions as refunds apply.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees for sending the product back and for the shipping of the exchanged item.

-- Return Shipping Fees:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Returns must be prepaid; COD returns are not accepted.

-- Unauthorized Returns:

  • Subject to a 20% restocking fee if sent without prior authorization. 
Order Cancellation Policy
  • We pride ourselves on prompt shipping, with most orders shipped within one business day of receipt.
  • Orders received on Friday or over the weekend are typically shipped the following Monday.
  • If you decide to cancel your order, email us immediately at comfyluxestore@gmail.com.
  • If the item has already been shipped, you can return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
  • Cancelling an order that qualified for free shipping will result in charges for the 2-way shipping fees.
