Does ComfyLuxe offer free shipping?
What shipping methods does ComfyLuxe use?
- Our preferred carrier is USPS for all domestic orders.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, item size, and weight, including a small insurance fee to cover potential theft or damage.
- If you prefer FedEx or UPS, please notify us or leave a note with your order.
How quickly will my order ship?
- For in-stock items, we process and ship orders within 1 business day.
- If you select overnight delivery, your order will arrive no later than the third business day from the order date.
Can I track my shipment?
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If a package is returned or requires reshipping due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
Does ComfyLuxe ship internationally?
- You’ll receive an email with the estimated shipping cost and policies for approval before we ship your order.
- Most international orders are shipped via International First-Class Mail and typically take 7–10 days, though delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks due to customs or other delays.
Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
- These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all tags.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt under the same conditions as refunds.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returning and reshipping exchanged items.
- Returns without prior authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can I cancel my order?
- If the order has already shipped, you can return it according to our return policy, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- For orders that qualified for free shipping, cancellation will result in charges for 2-way shipping fees.
